From the Chelchele region of Ethiopia, at an altitude of approximately 2,200 meters, the Heirloom variety is grown in rich volcanic soil under a cool climate that slows fruit maturation, giving it aromatic complexity and a high concentration of natural sugars.

The natural process unlocks a distinctly aromatic character here: ripe peach sweetness leads the cup, followed by a delicate floral note of jasmine, before the cup closes with a warm chocolate finish that adds depth and balance.

Drip Bag Preparation Recipe:

Coffee amount: 10-12 grams (as pre-portioned in the bag)
Water amount: 225 ml
Water temperature: 90-92°C
Total brew time: approximately 2:30 - 3:00 minutes

Steps:

1. Hang the drip bag on the rim of your cup using the side handles.
2. At 0:00, pour 30-40 ml of hot water and wait 30 seconds for the bloom.
3. After blooming, gradually pour the remaining water in a circular motion until reaching 225 ml.
4. Wait until the filtration is fully complete.
5. Remove the drip bag and enjoy your cup.
